Governed by the laws of Malaysia. Seven absolute pillars protecting the Founder's sovereignty, intellectual property, and the integrity of the movement.
Effective Date: 1 June 2026 | D'Corp Tech 202603087380 (003837724-U)1.1 Absolute Authority. Munyu Munyu is a wholly proprietary brand enterprise operated under D'Corp Tech (Registration No. 202603087380 / 003837724-U), duly registered under the Registration of Businesses Act 1956 of Malaysia. The Founder and sole owner of Munyu Munyu, Aredaran (known publicly as Prince D) ("the Founder"), holds and reserves final, unappealable, and unconditional decision-making authority over every aspect of the brand, the #CONNECT Campaign, the Karma Contest, and all associated operations, without exception.
1.2 Inviolable Personal Sovereignty. No individual, corporation, association, partnership, governmental body, regulatory authority, international organisation, algorithmic system, artificial intelligence entity, sovereign state, or any legal or natural person — domestic or foreign — shall possess any standing to impose obligations upon, penalise, restrict, or enforce judgment against the Founder Aredaran in their personal capacity arising from any act, decision, omission, or policy made in connection with Munyu Munyu's operations.
1.3 Unilateral Discretionary Power. The Founder reserves the absolute, unilateral, and non-reviewable right to execute any action including but not limited to: modification, suspension, cancellation, or permanent termination of the Campaign, the Contest, any partnership, any participation agreement, or any commercial arrangement — at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice — against any user, corporate entity, third party, commercial partner, content creator, influencer, sovereign state, or inter-governmental organisation ("IGO"), without incurring any liability whatsoever.
2.1 Global Open Participation. The #CONNECT campaign ("Campaign") is open to all natural persons residing on Planet Earth, irrespective of nationality, ethnicity, religion, age (subject to applicable local laws), or geographic location. Participation is entirely voluntary, free of charge, and governed exclusively under a Force Majeure and Absolute Personal Assumption of Risk framework pursuant to the Malaysian Civil Law Act 1956.
2.2 Disclaimer of Implied Guarantees — Consumer Protection Act 1999. Pursuant to and to the fullest extent permissible under Section 53 of the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999, all implied guarantees, warranties, representations, and conditions — whether as to fitness for purpose, merchantability, satisfactory quality, or otherwise — are hereby expressly, irrevocably, and unconditionally excluded and disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Campaign is provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any representation or endorsement.
2.3 Absolute Assumption of Risk. By participating in the Campaign in any form — including but not limited to: changing profile pictures, sharing campaign materials, pledging support, downloading assets, or engaging with campaign communications — each participant irrevocably acknowledges and accepts that:
2.4 Force Majeure Absolute Shield. Munyu Munyu and the Founder shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, war, civil unrest, pandemics, natural disasters, internet outages, platform policy changes, or any other force majeure event.
2.5 Platform Independence. The Campaign is independent of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or any third-party platform. Munyu Munyu accepts no liability for the actions, policies, or technical failures of any third-party platform used by participants in connection with the Campaign.
3.1 Nature and Classification. The "Karma Contest" ("Contest") is hereby legally defined, classified, and declared as a purely informational and brand-awareness initiative designed solely to introduce the global marketplace to the ethos, philosophy, and products of Munyu Munyu. The Contest does not constitute a public commercial competition, sweepstakes, lottery, or gaming activity.
3.2 Private Personal Game Declaration. The Contest is explicitly classified as the Founder's private, personal game for personal and brand-educational usage. It is entirely decoupled, isolated, and legally unrelated to any external commercial liability, third-party claims, or consumer protection frameworks applicable to public commercial contests. No commercial consideration is required or implied for participation.
3.3 Absolute Skill-Based Mechanism — Full Gaming Law Immunity. The Contest is strictly merit-driven and skill-based in its absolute entirety. The Contest categorically does NOT involve:
By virtue of its exclusively skill-based, educational, and non-chance design, the Contest is fully and permanently immunised from the scope and operation of the Malaysian Common Gaming Houses Act 1953, the Malaysian Betting Act 1953, the Malaysian Pool Betting Act 1967, and all analogous domestic and international gaming, lottery, and wagering legislation.
3.4 No Legal Entitlement. No participant shall acquire any enforceable legal right, entitlement, legitimate expectation, or proprietary interest in any reward, prize, recognition, or benefit from the Contest. All selection and reward decisions rest solely, finally, and unappealably with the Founder's absolute discretion as established under Pillar II of this Framework.
3.5 Prize & Benefit Distinctions — Legal Taxonomy. The following legal distinctions are absolute and binding upon all participants, regulators, and adjudicating bodies:
4.1 Paramount Exclusive Ownership. All intellectual property associated with Munyu Munyu — including but not limited to: the brand name "Munyu Munyu", all logos, wordmarks, iconography, visual identity systems, brand aesthetic and design language, digital assets, campaign materials (the #CONNECT post, profile image, and story assets), custom source code, website architecture and UI/UX design, written content, slogans, campaign concepts, the #CONNECT movement concept and mechanics, the Karma Contest concept and all its rules, all associated copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, design rights, and all related and neighbouring rights — are the exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, and absolute property of the Founder and Munyu Munyu from the moment of their creation.
4.2 Comprehensive Statutory Authority. All intellectual property rights are asserted, protected, and enforced in full and strict compliance with:
4.3 Zero-Tolerance Global Prosecution Mandate. Any unauthorised reproduction, extraction, modification, distribution, publication, imitation, reverse-engineering, decompilation, scraping, crawling, or commercial exploitation of any Munyu Munyu intellectual property — in whole or in part, by any means, in any medium, in any jurisdiction — shall trigger immediate, aggressive, simultaneous, and un-waivable global legal prosecution. Munyu Munyu expressly reserves the right to seek: maximum statutory and punitive damages, urgent injunctive and interlocutory relief, full account of profits, destruction of infringing materials, legal costs on an indemnity basis, and criminal referrals to enforcement authorities in every jurisdiction where infringement occurs.
4.4 Limited Revocable User Licence. Participants are granted a strictly non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and royalty-free licence to download and share official campaign assets solely for personal, non-commercial promotion of the #CONNECT Campaign on personal social media accounts. This licence expressly excludes any commercial use, modification, or redistribution. This licence may be revoked by the Founder at any time, for any reason, without notice or compensation.
5.1 Mandatory Contractual Indemnification Covenant — Contracts Act 1950. This indemnification covenant is a binding contractual obligation constituted pursuant to and in accordance with the Malaysian Contracts Act 1950 (Act 136), specifically the provisions governing contracts of indemnity under Sections 77–78 thereof. By participating in the #CONNECT Campaign or the Karma Contest in any capacity whatsoever, each participant, corporate partner, influencer, content creator, vendor, and affiliated entity ("Indemnifying Party") unconditionally, irrevocably, and perpetually agrees to the following verbatim binding covenant:
5.2 Irrevocable Comprehensive Suit Waiver. Each Indemnifying Party irrevocably, unconditionally, and permanently waives any and all rights to institute, maintain, continue, or prosecute any legal proceedings — civil, criminal, arbitral, regulatory, administrative, or otherwise — against the Founder in their personal capacity for any act, decision, omission, or policy made in connection with Munyu Munyu, the #CONNECT Campaign, or the Karma Contest.
5.3 Absolute Zero-Dollar Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law and the Malaysian Contracts Act 1950, the aggregate maximum liability of Munyu Munyu, D'Corp Tech, and the Founder — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, equity, or otherwise — to any single participant, partner, claimant, or third party is hereby expressly, irrevocably, and unconditionally capped at:
5.4 Total Consequential Damages Exclusion. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall the Founder or Munyu Munyu be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or aggravated damages of any kind — including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or wasted expenditure — even if expressly advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the form of action.
6.1 Data Controller Identity. The sole data controller for all personal data collected in connection with the #CONNECT Campaign and the Karma Contest is D'Corp Tech (Registration No. 202603087380 / 003837724-U), operating the Munyu Munyu brand, with its registered principal place of business in Penang, Malaysia.
6.2 Mandatory Consent Gate — PDPA 2010. No participant may cross the threshold of any #CONNECT Campaign data-collection point without actively providing free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent via a mandatory legal checkbox at the point of data entry. This consent mechanism fulfils all requirements of the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA, Act 709), including strict adherence to all seven Personal Data Protection Principles: (i) General Principle, (ii) Notice and Choice Principle, (iii) Disclosure Principle, (iv) Security Principle, (v) Retention Principle, (vi) Data Integrity Principle, and (vii) Access Principle.
6.3 Digital Intrusion Defence — Computer Crimes Act 1997. All digital assets, servers, databases, and user data repositories associated with Munyu Munyu are legally protected under the Malaysian Computer Crimes Act 1997 (Act 563). Any unauthorised access to, modification of, or interference with Munyu Munyu's digital infrastructure — including web scraping, credential stuffing, SQL injection, denial-of-service attacks, or any other form of digital intrusion — constitutes a criminal offence under Sections 3, 4, and 5 of the Computer Crimes Act 1997. Munyu Munyu reserves the absolute right to report all such incidents to the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) Cyber Crime Division and to seek both criminal prosecution and civil remedies simultaneously.
6.4 GDPR Cross-Integration. For participants located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, data handling is additionally modelled upon the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, providing:
6.5 Data Categories Collected. The Campaign may collect: full name, email address, social media handles, country of residence, and voluntary pledge submissions. No sensitive personal data (as defined under PDPA) is intentionally collected.
6.6 Data Security. All collected data is protected by industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access is restricted strictly on a need-to-know basis. Data is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfil the stated Campaign purpose and is securely destroyed thereafter.
6.7 Contact for Data Requests. All data subject requests, complaints, or enquiries shall be directed to: love@munyu.my. Munyu Munyu shall respond within 21 days of receipt.
7.1 Governing Law. This entire Master Legal Framework, and all rights and obligations arising hereunder, shall be governed, construed, and enforced strictly, exclusively, and entirely by the laws of Malaysia — without regard to its conflict of law provisions and without reference to the law of any other jurisdiction.
7.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction. All disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with this Framework, the #CONNECT Campaign, or the Karma Contest shall be subject to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, specifically the courts situated in Penang, Malaysia. Each party irrevocably submits to this exclusive jurisdiction and waives any objection to proceedings in such courts on grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.
7.3 Language of Precedence. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of this Framework and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
7.4 No Waiver. The failure of Munyu Munyu or the Founder to enforce any right or provision of this Framework shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
7.5 Entire Agreement. This Framework, together with the Munyu Munyu Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Campaign and Contest, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements.
7.6 Indestructible Severability. If any provision, clause, sub-clause, sentence, phrase, or word of this Framework is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason whatsoever, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall be of strictly limited effect. The offending provision shall be severed from this Framework, and the remainder of this Framework shall survive, continue in full force and effect, and be construed as if the severed provision had never been included — thereby maximising the defensive legal insulation of the Founder and Munyu Munyu to the fullest extent possible at all times.
A.1 Pixabay Licence Compliance. All background music and audio tracks utilised across the Munyu Munyu website, the #CONNECT Campaign, and all associated digital media assets are licensed royalty-free under the Pixabay Content Licence. Use is fully compliant with the licence terms, which permit free use for personal and commercial purposes.
A.2 Ownership Disclaimer. Munyu Munyu expressly disclaims any proprietary ownership of musical compositions used under the Pixabay Licence. No copyright claim is asserted over any third-party audio content. Any participant or user who incorporates Munyu Munyu campaign assets — including audio — into their own user-generated content must independently verify and maintain compliance with all applicable music licensing requirements in their own jurisdiction.
A.3 DMCA Safe Harbour & Takedown Protocol. Munyu Munyu operates in good-faith compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) safe harbour provisions (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent international copyright frameworks. Copyright holders who believe their work has been used without authorisation may submit a formal, written takedown notice to love@munyu.my, containing: (i) identification of the copyrighted work; (ii) identification of the allegedly infringing material; (iii) contact information; (iv) a statement of good-faith belief; and (v) a statement of accuracy and authorisation. Munyu Munyu will investigate and respond within 14 business days of receipt.
A.4 User-Generated Content Copyright Responsibility. Each participant in the #CONNECT Campaign who creates, publishes, or distributes user-generated content incorporating any Munyu Munyu campaign audio, music, or media assets assumes full and sole responsibility for ensuring that their use complies with all applicable copyright laws in their jurisdiction. Munyu Munyu bears zero liability for any participant's independent copyright infringement.
This Master Legal Framework was adopted and published by the Founder of Munyu Munyu, operating under D'Corp Tech (202603087380 / 003837724-U), duly registered under the Registration of Businesses Act 1956 of Malaysia. All rights are reserved globally and in perpetuity.
