These Terms and Conditions, Contest Rules, and Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding, exhaustive, and irrevocable contract between you ("User," "Participant," "Partner," or "Influencer") and D'Corp Tech [Company Registration No. 202603087380 (003837724-U)] ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), a sole proprietorship duly registered in Malaysia under the Registration of Businesses Act 1956, and the exclusive legal owner and operator of the global luxury brand Munyu Munyu, founded and owned by Aredaran (known publicly as Prince D), the sole Founder, President, Owner, Chairman, and Director of Munyu Munyu.

#CONNECT Worldwide Campaign — At Your Own Risk

1.1 Open Worldwide Participation

The #CONNECT movement and its associated 24-Hour Digital Profile Blackout campaign is open to all individuals and entities worldwide, across every nation on Planet Earth, without restriction of nationality, geography, ethnicity, religion, gender, or political affiliation. Participation is a voluntary, unilateral act chosen solely by the participant and is not solicited, compelled, or mandated in any form by D'Corp Tech, Munyu Munyu, or the Founder.

1.2 Ironclad Assumption of Risk

PARTICIPATION IN THE #CONNECT MOVEMENT IS STRICTLY, ENTIRELY, AND EXCLUSIVELY AT THE PARTICIPANT'S OWN RISK. By choosing to participate — whether by changing a profile picture, sharing campaign assets, pledging support, or any other act of association — every individual and entity unconditionally acknowledges, accepts, and assumes full and complete responsibility for any and all risks, consequences, and outcomes arising from, or in any way related to, their participation. These include but are not limited to:

• Any social, professional, reputational, or personal consequences resulting from your voluntary public display of support for the campaign;
• Any reactions, responses, or actions by third parties — including employers, institutions, governments, or other individuals — arising from your participation;
• Any technical, digital, or platform-related consequences arising from changes you make to your own social media profiles or accounts;
• Any legal obligations or regulations in your own jurisdiction that may apply to your participation — it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws.

1.3 Total Founder & Company Disclaimer

This disclaimer operates globally across all jurisdictions and is enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Malaysia and any applicable international treaty or convention. By engaging with any #CONNECT content — online or offline — you irrevocably accept this disclaimer in its entirety.

Absolute & Perpetual IP Ownership

1.1 Exclusive Ownership Declaration

All intellectual property rights — registered, unregistered, pending, or arising by operation of law — in and in connection with the Platform, the Brand, and all associated digital and physical assets are, and shall remain at all times, the exclusive, absolute, perpetual, and inalienable property of D'Corp Tech, its Founder, and Munyu Munyu (collectively, the "IP Owner"). This encompasses, without limitation:

• The Munyu Munyu name, wordmark, logotype, and all brand identifiers; the #CONNECT campaign identity; the Munyu Munyu Club loyalty programme concept and all its tiers (Black Pass, Red Pass, Pink Pass); the Red Box (exclusive Karma Contest prize concept); the Black Box (annual Birthday Gift concept for Pink Pass members) — across all global jurisdictions and all product/service categories, whether registered or not.
• All source code, compiled scripts, WebAssembly modules, backend API architectures, cryptographic systems (including Argon2id proof-of-work and AES-256-GCM envelope encryption), and server configurations.
• All visual designs, UI/UX compositions, glassmorphic aesthetics, 3D mind-map representations, canvas particle engines, animation curves, colour specifications, and motion design systems.
• All photographic works, PNG/SVG assets, video productions, audio tracks, synthesised soundscapes, and brand sound marks.
• All proprietary campaign concepts, contest mechanics, prize structures, and limited-edition drop methodologies.

1.2 Zero-Tolerance IP Enforcement

No part of this Platform's Intellectual Property may be reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, decompiled, scraped, mirrored, adapted, or sublicensed — in any form, by any means — without prior express written consent from the IP Owner. Violations will be aggressively prosecuted under:

• The Copyright Act 1987 (Malaysia) and the Trade Marks Act 2019 (Malaysia);
• The Computer Crimes Act 1997 (Malaysia) for digital circumvention;
• The Berne Convention, the TRIPS Agreement, and all applicable WIPO Treaties internationally;
• All applicable national IP statutes in the jurisdiction of the infringing party.

1.3 Limited Personal License

The Company grants each User a strictly limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and immediately revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose. This license conveys no right to resell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works and may be revoked at any time at the IP Owner's sole discretion, without notice or liability.

Supreme Authority & Absolute Corporate Sovereignty

2.1 Declaration of Founder Sovereignty

The Founder and Owner of D'Corp Tech and Munyu Munyu, Aredaran (known publicly as Prince D) ("Founder") retains total, unrestricted, and absolute unilateral authority over all aspects of the Company, the Brand, the Platform, and all associated campaigns and operations. This authority is perpetual, irrevocable, and operates independently of any user expectation, business relationship, or third-party claim. Only the Founder Aredaran of Munyu Munyu holds final, unappealable decision-making authority in every operational and legal scenario.

2.2 Unilateral Powers Reserved

The Company and its Founder expressly reserve the following rights, exercisable at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without limitation — against users, third-party businesses, commercial partners, influencers, or digital systems:

• To permanently or temporarily suspend, restrict, modify, discontinue, or terminate the Platform, any campaign, contest, or service — with or without cause — without obligation to any User or third party;
• To disqualify, ban, or permanently block any User, partner, or influencer from the Platform for any conduct the Founder deems contrary to the interests of the Brand;
• To assert and pursue all available civil, criminal, administrative, and equitable remedies in any jurisdiction globally against any party that violates the Company's rights;
• To negotiate, modify, or terminate any partnership, collaboration, or business arrangement at the Founder's sole discretion, with no obligation to provide compensation or explanation;
• To amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes irrevocable acceptance of any revised terms.

Mandatory Indemnification — Zero Exceptions

3.1 Compulsory Indemnity Agreement

By participating in the #CONNECT Campaign, the Karma Contest, or any associated business relationship, every participant, influencer, partner, and user irrevocably and unconditionally agrees to the following mandatory indemnification:

This indemnification obligation is perpetual, irrevocable, and survives the termination or expiry of this Agreement. It covers all claims including but not limited to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of this Agreement; (c) your participation in the #CONNECT Movement or Karma Contest; (d) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

Sweeping Liability Cap & Founder Asset Protection

4.1 "As Is" Provision

THE PLATFORM, THE #CONNECT MOVEMENT, AND ALL ASSOCIATED CAMPAIGNS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES — EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE — INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL D'CORP TECH, MUNYU MUNYU, THEIR FOUNDER, OR ANY ASSOCIATED AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM. THE COMPANY'S AND FOUNDER'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS STRICTLY CAPPED AT MYR 0.00 (NIL), or the exact entry fee paid by the User (if any), whichever is greater. This cap applies to all theories of liability, including tort, contract, and statute.

4.3 Founder Personal Asset Shield

The Founder's personal wealth, personal assets, private property, and personal financial accounts are fully and absolutely decoupled from all business-related claims, liabilities, or judgments against the Company to the maximum extent permitted under Malaysian law. Users expressly waive all claims against the Founder in their personal capacity.

Official Karma Contest Rules

6.1 Legal Definition — The Founder's Personal Game

The Karma Contest is hereby legally defined, declared, and construed as an informational and brand-awareness game designed solely to educate participants about the identity, values, and campaigns of Munyu Munyu. The Karma Contest is, by explicit legal definition, the Founder's personal game, created for personal usage and personal brand engagement purposes. It is wholly, completely, and irrevocably detached from and unrelated to any third party, external participant claim, commercial obligation, or outside entity interest. The Founder retains total and absolute personal discretion over every aspect of the contest including, without limitation, the questions, evaluation criteria, selection of recipients, prize nature, timing, and discontinuation. No participant acquires any vested right, expectation, or entitlement by reason of their entry.

6.2 Strictly Merit-Based — Gaming Act Exclusion

The Karma Contest is strictly, entirely, and irrevocably a skill-based and merit-driven contest. The selection of any prize recipient depends entirely on objective performance metrics including demonstrable knowledge of campaign principles, quality of participation, and engagement authenticity. The contest is NEVER chance-based, luck-based, random-draw-based, or lottery-based in any form, and is thereby explicitly and permanently excluded from the scope, definition, and application of the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 (Malaysia) and any analogous gaming or lottery legislation in any global jurisdiction.

6.3 Prize Definitions & Distinctions

• The Red Box (Karma Contest Exclusive Prize): An extraordinary curated gift reserved exclusively for Karma Contest winners who correctly demonstrate genuine knowledge of Munyu Munyu. The Red Box is entirely independent of, and unrelated to, the Munyu Munyu Club loyalty programme. It cannot be earned through the app, through purchases, or through any Club activity. Only the fewest individuals who truly understand Munyu Munyu and can answer the contest correctly may earn this honour. The Red Box is not a Club benefit.
• The Pink Pass (Munyu Munyu Club — Premier Loyalty Tier): The Pink Pass is the highest membership tier within the Munyu Munyu Club digital loyalty programme — a programme users join automatically upon registration in the Munyu Munyu mobile application. Pink Pass members earn Hearts for every purchase (redeemable for future orders or exclusive in-app rewards), access exclusive in-app discounts, and receive an annual ultra-premium Birthday Gift — a curated “Black Box” containing one random Munyu Munyu product, delivered on the member's birthday. The Black Box birthday gift is a Club benefit exclusive to Pink Pass tier members and is entirely distinct from the Karma Contest's Red Box.
• The Black Box (Pink Pass Birthday Gift — Club Benefit): An annual ultra-premium gift delivered to Pink Pass tier members on their birthday, containing one of our random Munyu Munyu products. This is a Club benefit — not a Karma Contest prize. It must not be confused with the Red Box.

6.4 Eligibility

• Open to all individuals worldwide unless prohibited by applicable local law;
• Participants must be aged 13 years or older, or have verifiable parental/guardian consent if under the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction;
• Employees, directors, and immediate family members of D'Corp Tech are ineligible.

6.5 Entry, Validation & Cryptographic Security

• Entry validation is governed by a client-side Argon2id memory-hard proof-of-work system combined with AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption. Attempts to manipulate, bypass, replay, or spoof this system constitute violations of the Computer Crimes Act 1997;
• All submissions are subject to identity verification before prize release;
• Multiple entries from the same individual, device, or IP address may result in disqualification.

6.6 Prizes & Absolute Finality

• All prizes — including the Red Box (exclusive Karma Contest prize) and the Pink Pass status (premier Munyu Munyu Club loyalty membership) — are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash;
• The Company's determination of winners is final, binding, and beyond appeal;
• The Company reserves the unconditional right to withhold, suspend, or cancel any prize for any reason at any time, including for suspected fraud, ineligibility, or breach of these rules.

Integrated Privacy Policy

6.1 Data Controller

D'Corp Tech [202603087380 (003837724-U)], operating as Munyu Munyu, is the sole data controller for all personal data collected through this Platform. All data handling is governed by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia for local participants, and by frameworks modelled on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for international participants.

6.2 Active Consent Requirement

Before submitting any personal data or entering the Karma Contest, all participants must provide explicit, active, informed, and freely given consent by checking the designated consent checkbox on the entry form. Participation without completing this active consent step is invalid. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, without prejudice to the lawfulness of prior processing.

6.3 Data We Collect

• Identity Data: Full name, email address, and social media username(s) provided voluntarily at contest entry;
• Technical Data: Hashed IP address (for rate-limiting and fraud prevention — not stored in identifiable form), browser type, and device type;
• Contest Data: Your cryptographically encrypted submission payload;
• We do not collect financial data, government IDs, or sensitive personal data.

6.4 How We Use Your Data

• To administer the Karma Contest and verify winner eligibility;
• To communicate campaign updates, results, and prize fulfilment;
• To comply with legal obligations and defend legal claims;
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for commercial marketing purposes.

6.5 Data Retention & Your Rights

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above and to comply with legal obligations, and no longer than 24 months from the campaign close date. Subject to applicable law, you hold the following rights: Right of Access, Rectification, Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"), Restriction of Processing, Data Portability, and the Right to Object. 6.6 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256-GCM encryption for data in transit, Argon2id hashing for sensitive validation tokens, rate-limiting protections, and HTTPS/TLS 1.3 enforcement. Despite these measures, no system is absolutely infallible; we encourage users to submit only necessary information.

6.7 International Transfers

If you are accessing this Platform from outside Malaysia, your data may be processed in Malaysia or on servers located in other countries. By participating, you consent to such transfer. Where required by GDPR, we implement appropriate Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Music Licensing & Attribution

Music Copyright Notice

In full compliance with our commitment to intellectual property integrity and copyright compliance, all background music and audio tracks utilised across the Munyu Munyu website, the #CONNECT Campaign, and associated digital media are licensed royalty-free under the Pixabay Content Licence. The Pixabay Licence permits use of content for free, even for commercial purposes, without attribution requirements — however, we voluntarily include attribution as a mark of our commitment to creator recognition and copyright transparency.

Munyu Munyu expressly disclaims any ownership of the musical compositions used under the Pixabay Licence. We do not claim copyright over any third-party audio tracks. Any user-generated content incorporating Munyu Munyu's campaign assets must independently verify and maintain compliance with all applicable music licensing requirements in their own jurisdiction. Munyu Munyu bears no liability for any user's independent use of campaign audio in a manner that violates third-party copyright.

DMCA Safe Harbour Compliance: Munyu Munyu operates in good-faith compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) safe harbour provisions and equivalent international frameworks. Copyright holders who believe their work has been used without authorisation may submit a formal takedown notice to love@munyu.my with full details of the claimed infringement. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.

Global Enforcement Framework

7.1 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The Company asserts the right to pursue enforcement actions in any jurisdiction where a violation, infringement, or breach occurs — including under international treaties, conventions, and bilateral agreements ratified by Malaysia.

7.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction

Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of Malaysia, with primary jurisdiction vested in the courts of Kuala Lumpur. For disputes eligible for arbitration, proceedings shall be administered by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), Kuala Lumpur, under the AIAC Arbitration Rules then in force. The arbitral award shall be final, binding, and enforceable globally. You irrevocably waive any right to seek adjudication in any other forum.

7.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by any tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from this Agreement. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, unimpaired, and fully binding. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, preserving the parties' original intent.

7.4 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire and exclusive legal framework between the User and the Company regarding the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
